Elan Golan has been an integral part of Capmax Advisory Group since 2013, leading business development initiatives and overseeing both CMHC-insured and conventional commercial mortgage programs.
With more than 20 years of international business experience, Elan has held leadership roles in finance, sales, marketing, analytics, and strategic business development. His expertise enables clients to identify financing opportunities that align with their investment objectives while navigating today’s evolving commercial lending environment.
Elan holds an MBA from the Recanati School of Management at Tel Aviv University, further strengthening his strategic approach to commercial financing and client advisory services.

Aaron Cohen serves as Senior Financial Analyst at Capmax Advisory Group, providing comprehensive financial analysis and underwriting support for commercial financing transactions.

He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, specializing in Finance with a minor in Marketing.
